Summer, also known as rainy season, is the time when aluminum products such as aluminum plate, aluminum coil and aluminum strip are corroded and oxidized by water. Although there is the classification of aluminum oxide plate in aluminum plate products, aluminum oxide plate and aluminum plate oxidation are totally different things. The difference between oxidized aluminum plate and aluminum plate is as follows:
1、 Aluminum oxide plate generally refers to: after acid-base oxidation, a protective film is formed on the surface of aluminum plate. Generally, the oxide film is silver white. If customers have special requirements, they can also be oxidized into different colors according to customers' requirements.
Oxidation can be divided into common oxidation, anodic oxidation and hard oxidation.
The common oxidation of aluminum plate refers to the formation of a protective film on the surface of aluminum plate after cleaning the surface of aluminum plate through acid and alkali flow trough.
Anodization of aluminum plate refers to the process of electrifying the aluminum plate in the oxidation process after ordinary oxidation.
The difference between anodizing and hard anodizing is that the depth of anodizing film is shallow and that of hard anodizing film is deep.
2、 Oxidation of aluminum plate generally means that the parts connected with aluminum plate or aluminum coil have the same corrosion phenomenon, and the size and pattern of corrosion area are the same,
The reasons for this situation are as follows:
1: The temperature is too high when the aluminum plate or aluminum coil is packed. Steam is formed in the package, and aluminum plate and coil are corroded due to moisture.
2: The aluminum plate or aluminum coil is soaked in the rain to make the rain pour back into the package. Aluminum plate and coil are corroded.
3: In the environment of high humidity, aluminum plate and coil will be corroded.
